Allari does not underwrite insurance policies and does not guarantee that you will be approved for coverage, that any specific price or premium will be honored, or that any particular plan will remain available. All final terms, pricing, eligibility determinations, and approvals are made solely by the issuing insurance carrier, in accordance with that carrier's underwriting guidelines and policies.

Information provided on the Site, including plan comparisons, educational content, and general descriptions of coverage types, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute insurance, legal, financial, or medical advice.

It is not a substitute for a personalized consultation with a licensed Allari agent, who can review your specific circumstances and help you evaluate your options. Coverage decisions should always be based on the official policy documents provided by the issuing carrier, not on summaries found on this Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to request a quote, submit an application, or otherwise use our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

When you submit information to request a quote or speak with an agent, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our services will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid directly to Allari for such services (our services are generally provided to consumers at no cost, as described in Section 2).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allari, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable insurance regulations in your state.
