Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Allari LLC ("Allari," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit allari.co (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us as a licensed, independent insurance brokerage.
1. Introduction & Scope
This policy applies to information collected through the Site, by phone, by email, or through any other channel where you interact with an Allari agent. It does not apply to the privacy practices of third-party insurance carriers, websites, or services that we may link to or work with. Those parties maintain their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
By using the Site or sharing information with us, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information when you use the Site or work with an Allari agent:
- Contact information, such as your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
- Demographic information, such as your date of birth, gender, and household composition, when relevant to the coverage you're requesting.
- Information needed to obtain insurance quotes, which may include details about your health history, income, employment, existing coverage, and other factors carriers use to underwrite or price a policy.
- Website usage data, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and how you interact with the Site, collected automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
- Communication records, including the content of calls, texts, emails, or chat messages you exchange with an Allari agent, where permitted by law.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide you with insurance quotes and compare options across the carriers we work with.
- To connect you with a licensed Allari agent who can answer your questions and help you enroll in coverage.
- To communicate with you about your request, including by phone, text, or email, consistent with your stated preferences.
- To maintain, improve, and secure the Site and our internal systems.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations applicable to insurance producers.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
5. Your Choices & Opt-Out Rights
As a licensed insurance brokerage, certain information we collect may be treated as "nonpublic personal information" under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and similar state insurance privacy laws. Where GLBA or applicable state law gives you the right to opt out of having your nonpublic personal information shared with non-affiliated third parties for purposes other than completing your insurance transaction, we will honor that choice.
- Opt out of marketing communications by replying "STOP" to text messages, unsubscribing from emails, or contacting us directly at support@allari.co.
- Request that we limit sharing your nonpublic personal information with non-affiliated third parties beyond what's needed to service your insurance request, by contacting us using the information in Section 12.
- Update or correct the information we have on file by contacting your Allari agent or emailing support@allari.co.
Opting out of certain sharing or communications may limit our ability to provide you with quotes or service your request.
6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you certain rights over your personal information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to Know: you may request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we've collected about you.
- Right to Delete: you may request that we delete personal information we've collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct: you may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: because we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, there is nothing to opt out of, but you're welcome to contact us with questions.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise these rights, contact us at support@allari.co or +1 (786) 936-1764. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
7. Health Information Notice
When you request a quote for health, Medicare, or other coverage that requires medical underwriting, we may collect information about your health history. This information is collected solely to help match you with appropriate coverage and is shared only with the carriers involved in that specific request, or as otherwise described in this policy.
Health information you share with a licensed carrier as part of a health plan application may also be subject to protections under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) once it is in that carrier's possession. Allari is not a covered entity under HIPAA in most circumstances, but we take the confidentiality of health information seriously and limit its use to servicing your insurance request.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete it in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
